Kongwen GUAN

Kongwen Guan is an Associate Professor and PhD supervisor at Beihang University. His research focuses on China’s foreign relations and global governance, including climate governance, maritime security, and Europe–China relations. He also teaches courses related to global political issues and international affairs.

He previously served as Executive Director at the Center for European Studies of Sichuan University and has held visiting positions at the University of Tübingen in Germany and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His work combines academic research with policy-oriented analysis on Europe–China cooperation and global governance.
