The LEAD2 Final Dissemination Conference and Academic Leaders Forum successfully took place in Beijing and Online on 10-11 Dec. 2022. Over 170 participants joined this event.
This conference has highlighted:
- the achievements and key results of the LEAD2 project;
- the LEAD2 MOOC series on Academic Leadership Development on senior, middle-level, and young academic leadership development;
- the LEAD2 Online Knowledge base as an open source for knowledge on university governance and academic leadership development;
- testimonial videos of LEAD2 participants and experts;
- knowledge forum and exchange of research on the topics of university governance and leadership capacities at different levels in higher education;
- interactive workshops on academic leadership in the digital era;
- the establishment of the LEAD Academic Network.
